CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
4 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/3 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Blend all ingredients together with mixer, adding baking powder last. Then add nuts and chocolate chips with vanilla and blend. Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll dough to golf-ball size and roll each ball in powdered sugar.

Flatten out on lightly greased pan and bake in 350°F oven for 17 minutes.

Cool 2 minutes; remove from pan to rack.
