CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (lite makes a softer cheeseball)
1 (8 oz.) Kraft cold pack sharp Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Chopped pecans

Soften cheeses and mix all ingredients (except nuts) well. Refrigerate several hours to chill. Form into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.

Optional: add variety by adding crushed pineapple (drained), chopped green pepper, blue cheese, chopped ham.
