TACO DIP 
1 pkg. dip Tio Shancho taco seasoning
1 lg. sour cream
1 can black olives, pitted
2 lg. tomatoes
4 lg. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. green olives
1 c. (1/2 head) lettuce, shredded
Cheddar cheese, grated (to cover)

Mix taco seasoning and sour cream together and let sit in refrigerator at home 1 hour before serving or overnight.

Spread on tray the seasoning; add lettuce, cut tomatoes, mushrooms and olives on top of the taco mix. Pat gently to flatten out, then top with grated cheese.

Serve with taco chips. Delicious!!!!!
