CRANBERRY BUTTER TORTE 
2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
8 tbsp. melted butter

Butter an 11 x 13 inch pan. Place cranberries in the pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Beat eggs well and add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over sugared cranberries. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with butter sauce.

BUTTER SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. cream

Combine items in a saucepan and boil 1 minute stirring constantly.
