COCONUT DESSERT 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts (mix in)

Press in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

PART TWO:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix together powdered sugar and cream cheese with fork. cool crust and put #2 on top. Top this with 1/2 container Cool Whip.

PART THREE:

1 coconut instant pudding
3 c. milk

Add three cups milk to coconut pudding. Let sit until it stiffens up. Put on second layer. Put last half Cool Whip on top again. Brown coconut and sprinkle on top.
