FOUR LAYER SURPRISE CAKE 
STEP 1:
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. flour
2 c. chopped walnuts

Melt the butter and mix with flour and chopped nuts. Press into a 9"x13" pan (no need to gresae the pan). Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

STEP 2:
16 oz. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
2 c. confectoners' sugar

Blend cheese, Cool Whip and sugar untli smooth. Spread over completely cooled crust.

STEP 3:
2 boxes chocolate pudding (cooked type)

Cook pudding according to package directions. When pudding starts to boil, pour over cheese layer. Put in refrigerator to set.

STEP 4: Add remaining Cool Whip topping when ready to serve. You can also sprinkle over Cool Whip, jimmies or chocolate shavings or serve as is.
