POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
Poppy seeds
1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Combine first 4 ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place crushed crackers on top and pour butter over them. Sprinkle with more poppy seeds. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
