1 pt. milk
1 tbsp. Crisco
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 lg. yeast cake
2 eggs
7 scoops flour

Scald 1 pint milk. Add Crisco, sugar, and salt; let cool. Add yeast cake and 2 beaten eggs. Mix in flour until stiff. Let raise until double. Punch down and put into pans and let raise again. Dough does not need kneading; let raise in a warm area. Bake at 360 degrees until golden brown.
