CHOCOLATE NO-BAKE COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 level tbsp. cocoa (Hershey's unsweetened)
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal

Stir together all above ingredients and boil for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Quickly fold in the quick oatmeal until mixed well. Drop on cookie sheet lined with foil. Let cool in refrigerator, if desired.
