GRANDE FRUIT BOWL 
1 sm. cantaloupe, halved and seeded
1 sm. honeydew, halved and seeded
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cubed
2 c. watermelon balls
2 c. fresh starwberries, hulled and quartered
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
1/2 c. Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
1/4 c. sugar
6 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

Scoop out melon balls from cantaloupe and honeydew; place in large bowl. Add pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, and mandarin oranges. Toss gently to mix. Combine wine, Grand Marnier, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over fruit mixture and chill at least 3 hours. Add kiwifruit; toss gently. Yield: 12 servings.
