SHRIMP BATTER 
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. dry onion flakes, moistened
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Garlic salt to taste
2 c. pre-cooked shrimp, chopped fine

Mix all together. Chill. Serve as spread on crackers.
