ELEGANT POTATOES | |
7-8 medium red potatoes 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese 1 pt. whipping cream 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter, melted Boil potatoes in jackets. Cool. Peel and shred on medium grater. Shred cheese on same grater. Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole. Alternate potatoes and cheese in casserole. Pour whipping cream over potatoes and cheese. Top with bread crumbs mixed with butter. Bake 350 degrees 60 minutes. Serves 10-12. |
