STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 onion
3-4 strips bacon
1 lb. chopped lamb (can substitute hamburger)
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. catsup

Cook cabbage 45 minutes; drain and cool. Remove center core.

Mince the onion and cook with diced bacon until light brown. Add lamb and cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Fill cabbage with mixture and bake in covered casserole at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
