FRIED - TENDER - OLD RABBIT 
2 rabbits
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. ground celery seed
Pinch of rosemary leaves
1 med. onion or 1 tbsp. minced onion

Put rabbit in stew pot and cover with water. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn heat down low and simmer until tender but not falling off bone. Remove from pot and cut into pieces for frying.

Using "Moss" "Light-n-Sweet Hush Puppy Mix, " mix according to hush puppy directions. Dip in pieces of rabbit and fry until golden brown.
