1 pkg. spinach, washed, dried and torn apart
1 c. bread crumbs
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. fried bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 sm. chopped purple onion
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. corn oil and 1 tsp. celery seed

Combine dressing and blend well and chill. Pour over and toss just before serving.
