QUICK SALMON HASH 
4 med. white potatoes
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. pimiento peppers
1/2 green bell pepper
Salt
Pepper
Garlic pepper
1 tsp. olive oil
1 can salmon

Cook potatoes (peeled) almost done. Let cool and dice minced onion and bell pepper. In frying pan stir in all ingredients together and let simmer for about 20 minutes with top. 4 servings.
