SPINACH SPAGHETTI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. minced dried onion
Dash pepper
2 c. Jack cheese (8 oz.), shredded
4 oz. spaghetti noodles, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach according to package directions. Combine beaten egg, sour cream, milk, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Add Jack cheese and mix well. Add drained spinach and drained spaghetti. Mix well again. Pour mixture into an ungreased 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Bake, covered in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more. Serves 4.
