SPINACH SPAGHETTI 
1/2 pkg. (1/2 lb.) spaghetti
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to pkg. directions
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
12 oz. carton sm. curd cottage cheese

Cook spaghetti 8 minutes. Drain. In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in cooked spaghetti, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and cottage cheese, cooked drained spinach and nutmeg. Toss until well combined and heated through. Serve with extra Parmesan.
