QUICK STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. sirloin steak (hamburger works too)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. of egg noodles
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. of fresh mushrooms (bottled, canned works too)
1/2 med. size onion, chopped
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream

Saute chopped onion, minced garlic and mushrooms in 1 tablespoons of butter until onion is clear. Cut steak into comfortable sized strips and add to onion and garlic. Brown meat. Stir in mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer while boiling noodles of choice, I like flat egg or spiral noodles but any type will do. While steak mixture simmers, prepare noodles according to package directions. Rinse noodles and add butter to coat. Stir pint of sour cream into sauce and meat and heat until bubbly. Serve over noodles.
