VEAL SCALLOPINI 
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs. veal, cubed
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, cut into strips
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook all of the above ingredients in oil, except for the veal. Simmer for about 1/2 hour. Add veal and 2 tablespoons sherry wine. Continue to cook for 20-30 minutes.
