1 c. fresh strawberries
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. dry red wine

Place all ingredients in a blender. Liquify. Do not strain. Chill. Stir well before serving. Serve in wine glasses.

Serves 3 or 4.
