BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 2/3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches. Stir bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowls until blended. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Pour into pan.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
