ROSEMARINO FRUIT SALAD 
1 box Rosemarino macaroni, cooked & cooled
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks
2 lg. cans mandarin oranges
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Lg. Cool Whip

Cook and cool macaroni. Cook juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges, sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Bring to a boil and let simmer, stirring constantly so as not to burn; will thicken like custard. Let cool. Mix macaroni, custard and chill overnight. Mix in fruit and Cool Whip. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
