RASPBERRY BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

10 oz. jar raspberry preserves

Grease 9x13 pan. Beat butter and brown sugar together, then add remaining ingredients (except preserves). Press mixture (hold out 1 cup or less) into pan. Spread jar of preserves over mixture. Crumble remaining mixture over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
