SUPER CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken breasts (enough to fill a 9 x 13 inch pan)
Swiss cheese (enough to cover chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. white wine or beer
1 1/2 to 2 c. Mrs. Cubbins Herb Flavored Bread Crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice Swiss cheese about 1/4 inch thick and cover each breast. Mix soup and wine (or beer) and spoon over top of the cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over soup and drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 hour or until top is light brown and bubbly.
