FRIED CRISPY CHICKEN 
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. milk
Add any seasoning you like

Dip chicken in egg mix. Put in a bag with flour and shake well. Take out of bag. Dip in egg mixture again. Put back in bag of flour. Shake well again. Then put in pan of heated oil, fry until well done.
