POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 cans of potatoes, drained well and sliced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into pieces
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp

Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle bacon on top. Place in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 12-16.
