1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges, do not drain

Mix together. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees until cake is done.

ICING:

1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, do not drain
13 oz. Cool whip

Mix together and put on top of cool cake.
