PIG EATING CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco vegetable oil
1 small can mandarin oranges (not drained)

Icing:

1 (3.75 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 regular size can crushed pineapple, drained

For cake, mix all ingredients and bake at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes. It is best to use a flat sheet cake pan.

For icing, mix dry pudding mix and drained pineapple in bowl. Stir well and add Cool Whip. Blend well with mixer for 2 minutes. Spread over completely cooled cake and refrigerate. Let chill for 2 hours before serving.
