ZUCCHINI PIE II 
6 c. diced raw zucchini, set aside
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese (Romano or mixture)
1/2 c. oil
Pepper to taste

Mix together. Put in zucchini last. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
