JERUSALEM CHICKEN 
1 pkg. Hollandaise sauce (Knorrs)
3 tsp. tarragon leaves
Seasoning salt
Lemon pepper
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (14 oz.) jar artichoke hearts
4-6 chicken breasts, boned & skinned

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over chicken breasts. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 minutes more.
