APPLE CREAM PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 unbaked 8 or 9 inch pie shell

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix together sugar, flour, and salt. Add sour cream, egg, and vanilla. Beat until smooth, stir in apples. Pour into pie shell.

TOPPING: Mix together flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
