SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
4 med. apples, cored & peeled
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter

Beat together sugar, vanilla, flour, sour cream and egg until smooth. Dice apples and add to the mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 25 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pie. Bake for 20 minutes more.
