SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3 c. dried apples
1 pie shell
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat together sour cream, granulated sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Mix in apples. Pour in pie shell and bake 25 minutes. When done, remove and sprinkle top with well blended mixture of brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and butter; bake an additional 20 minutes.
