1-2 pkg. mild sausage
3 med. potatoes
1 onion
2 med. carrots
15-20 fresh green beans, cut into pieces
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut sausage in small pieces. Brown onion and sausage. Drain grease, add vegetables, tomato sauce, and 1 can of water. Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
