ROAST LEG OF LAMB 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
Leg or half leg of lamb

Mix above, shake well and pour over lamb, marinate overnight. Before roasting, drain off marinade. Roast in a 325 degree oven until tender, about 4 hours for a whole leg.
