RICH PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and pat into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Have cheese at room temperature. Cream with sugar.

1 c. Cool Whip (12 oz.) container

Fold into cheese mixture and spread on cold crust.

1 pkg. coconut pudding
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk

Cook pudding according to directs on box BUT use only 3 cups milk. Set aside until cold.

Use cook and serve pudding NOT instant. Spread cold pudding over cheese mixture. Cover with rest of 12 ounces of Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with toasted coconut. Chill overnight.
