PASTA FAGIOLI (Beans) 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
19 oz. can Progresso white kidney beans
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz. can Del Monte tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese

In a saucepan, saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, parsley and oregano. Stir and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add connelleni beans and simmer for 15 minutes. Boil ditalini for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mix with sauce and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
