LIGHT 'N FRUITY PIE 
1 (4 serving) pkg. Jello brand gelatin or sugar free Jello brand gelatin, any flavor
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
Fresh or canned fruit
1 prepared 8 or 9 inch graham cracker crust

(Available in limited areas). Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. using wire whip, blend in whipped topping; whip until smooth. Fold in fruit; chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 2 hours.

Suggested fruits: 1 cup diced strawberries, orange sections, banana or fresh peaches. 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can apricots, sliced peaches or pear halves, drained and diced.
