LIGHT & FLUFFY STRAWBERRY PIE | |
3 oz. pkg. Jello (strawberry) 1/2 c. boiling water 2 c. ice cubes 3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries 1 (9") prepared graham cracker crust Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened (remove any unmelted ice). Using wire whip, blend in Cool Whip; then whip until smooth. Fold in drained fruit and chill until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill. |
