MAYONNAISE DRESSING 
1 c. weakened vinegar (about 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. vinegar)
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 rounded tbsp. butter

Mix dry ingredients together then add weakened vinegar, cook until thickened. Remove from fire and slowly beat in the beaten eggs and beat well. Put back on fire and bring just to boiling. Remove and beat again.
