BEEF BAR-B-Q'S 
3 to 4 lbs. chuck roast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. vinegar jack
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cook roast until it shreds. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan and simmer 30 minutes. Shred roast into sauce. Heat until hot, serve on hamburger buns.
