LONDON BROIL 
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over London Broil and marinate at least 8 hours or overnight. Baste meat with marinade while cooking over hot coals.
