CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
6 split chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Steam chicken until tender. Tear into strips. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs, set aside. Mix soup, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice, thin with juice from steamed chicken until spreadable consistency. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan with butter; add one layer broccoli, one layer chicken, and top with soup mixture, then bread crumbs and finally Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
