GREEK VINAIGRETTE 
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup good quality red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1/4 teaspoon thyme (fresh or dried)
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

TO MAKE 1 CUPS:

Put it all in a jar and shake, shake, shake.

Or make it in the blender and there will be no need to chop or mince.
