BARBEQUED SHRIMP 
5 lb. lg. raw deheaded shrimp, cleaned & shelled
3 sticks unsalted butter
1 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. McCormick barbeque spices
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix together all seasonings. Place shrimp in large baking dish and sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and marinate overnight. Melt butter and pour over shrimp. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once. (The sauce is great for dipping French bread into.)
