1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 beef round (1 1/2 inches thick)

Combine marinade ingredients in a jar; shake well. Marinate meat 8 hours or overnight. Carve meat diagonally after grilling.
