2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. coconut flakes
3 c. Quaker Granola (yellow box)
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
13 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips

This recipe makes a lot of cookies!!

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Next add in flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in oatmeal and granola. Fold in coconut, pecans, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
