1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box butterscotch instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325°F. In mixing bowl with electric mixer, blend cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a prepared 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix together in a small bowl, the brown sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over batter in pan, using only half of the mixture; spread on rest of batter and sprinkle with rest of topping.

Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
