SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE CRUNCH | |
3 c. cooked or can mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 c. milk 2 1/2 tsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. flour 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. pecans, chopped Mix potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, 2 1/2 tbsp. butter, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into greased dish. Melt 2 1/2 tbsp. butter. Add brown sugar, flour and pecans. Sprinkle over top of souffle. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
